Colombian coffee is typically grown on mountainside farms known as ‘fincas’ usually between 1,200 to 2000 meters above sea level. Harvest is from September to December. Colombian coffee is usually washed and sundried. Tasting notes include sweet, caramel and cocoa, bright citrus acidity.
