One third of the world’s coffee is grown in Brazil. The average elevation of farms is above 1,100 meters. Many high-quality blends use Brazil as a base. Major growing regions include Santos and Cerrado. Coffee from Brazil tends to be low in acidity with a malty sweet flavour.
